PVEC offers our members this service which will help take the worry out of being away from home. Whether you’re at work, on an overnight stay, an extended vacation or even concerned about an elderly family member we can help you by offering an outage monitoring service to be sure there are no problems with electric service up to the meter. This service is offered for $3.00 a month. For any member who signs up, we will monitor electric service at that location once a day, every day, to be sure there are no problems with service up to the meter. (For instance, we won’t be able to know if there is a problem inside the house such as a tripped breaker or a freezer that goes on the blink).
