PVEC’s spraying contractor, U.S. Applicators, is currently spraying in the following areas: Harrogate, Hwy 63, Sneedville, Howards Quarter, Back Valley, Hwy 33, Newmans Ridge, Mulberry Gap, and Alanthus Hill.
