Individual Outage Notification

Powell Valley Electric Cooperative offers an outage monitoring service designed to give our members peace of mind when they’re away from home. Whether you're at work, on vacation, or concerned about an elderly family member, this service ensures that there are no issues with electric service up to the meter. For just $3.00 a month, we monitor your electric service once a day to check for any problems.

Please note that this service does not cover issues inside the home, such as a tripped breaker or malfunctioning appliances.
