Payment of your electric bills by automatic bank draft may be made through a checking or savings account or by credit card. Payment will be drafted on the account’s due date.

If you currently have a User ID, simply click on “Payments” then “Make a payment.” If you do not have a User ID, you will be required to create one. Click here to access your account to make a payment.
Paying with Credit Cards/E-check
We can now take credit cards or electronic checks over the phone or online. This will be an automatic payment with posting the same day as the payment is processed. If you make online payments with your bank they may mail us your payment and it can take 5 -7 days for us to get your payment. We are now just a phone call or click away 24 hours a day. There is a 2.45% convenience fee using a credit card. (Our payment processor’s name, SEDC, will appear on your credit card statement.)
Local Office Night Depository
PVEC office night depository provides you the convenience of dropping your electric bill payments into the depository anytime. (No cash please.)
